Learning to Live a Life Of Passion & Purpose
Charlottes Story:
Ever had a moment in your life questioning the point of it?
Are you comparing yourself to others and their success?
Felt like you weren't capable of achieving the goals you wanted to set for yourself?
How about setting a health and fitness goal for yourself that remained unachievable?
Spending "wasted" time hitting the gym without a plan…
Are you bouncing back and forth between failed diets?
Even ignoring the pain and other signs that may be there, or is something deeper preventing you from hitting your goals?
Charlotte knows all about this. Having lived through her own experiences of recovering from a herniated disc, and dealing with anaemia after a year of little to no support, being made to believe she had failed. It took a battle with mental health and travelling the world on her own, which led to a single meeting with someone else to change her perspective on life, where it was going, and where she wanted it to be. She rebuilt her life.
It is all hard to believe when you find out she is a soccer superstar on the pitch, from playing elite-level football in the US, captaining her University side to both Regional and State championships and even being named All-State Player. Charlotte was a leading Coach at London’s most respected gym, Equinox, until she went self-employed in 2021.
Supported by a degree in Kinesiology and an array of fitness industry certifications, including women’s health, Charlotte understands it is not just about training. Fuelled by a passion for helping others become the best version of themselves, Charlotte inspires clients to go after the life they have always wanted, free of limitations and restrictions.
