What happens when I purchase a Lifestyle plan?

Once you complete the purchase, I will be in touch via text to arrange our call to discuss everything you want to achieve with the plan you have picked. We will discuss, you, your goals, training location, as well as a short movement screen so I can gather as much information as to create the best plan for you.


How do I access the plan?

I suggest downloading Google Sheets on your phone for the best compatibility if you are not using a Laptop. Once the plan is written, you will receive a shared link to access the programme.


Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, it is free cancellation. No questions asked :)


Can I put my subscription on pause?

Yes, if you are going on holiday or life has thrown you a curveball you can put your plan on pause so you are not charged the recurring 6-week subscription.

How do I stay in contact with you?

On your programme, there are ‘HOW TO’ videos to watch which will explain how we can communicate through the programme. I will reach out also once a week as a check-in. I plan on creating a “Members Area” too which will be a place to ask any questions and will also contain a live Q&A once every 6-weeks. We remain in contact, I am your PT :)

I’m injured can I still train?

Dependant on your injury. This is the benefit of each session personally written out for you. Each exercise will be chosen specifically for you as I take into account your current (situation)***.

I’m pregnant, can I train?

Yes. I have my Pre & Post-Natal qualifications to help build the best training plan for you.

I’ve never trained before. Is it okay to use your plan?

Definitely. This is why I have created this platform. I want everybody to feel the benefits of exercise but most importantly to enjoy it. Each session is specific to your needs, so we will build on confidence and start slow as we work together to get you to where you’d like to be.
