Lifestyle 3 (x3 workouts and Nutrition)

£70.00 every 4 weeks

Once we have defined and agreed on your fitness goals, you will receive a customised programme to work through. Your programme will include three weekly tailored sessions and will renew every six weeks. Working together will ensure this area of your life is consistent towards creating the lifestyle you want for yourself.

Lifestyle 3 includes nutrition; we will work on your dietary habits to improve how you view and use food. We will do this free of unnecessary restriction; we want to build daily routines to create a ‘lifestyle’ without using unrealistic diet plans that have left us believing we cannot incorporate a balanced lifestyle in the past. Instead, CCSIX will help educate you on developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle that you can sustain because croissants matter.

Your subscription will include the following:

  • An initial phone call to discuss your needs and lifestyle plan, repeated every six weeks

  • The benefits of a Personal Trainer (me) without physically being at the gym with you

  • Members group

  • Program adjustment along the way

  • Menstrual Tracking to discover your trends over time, reduce PMS and learn how to work with your physiology.

  • Calorie/Protein Calculator

  • Nutritional guidance for building an all-round lifestyle that still involves dinners out with friends and croissants
