Personalised Training Programme:
Some of us are scarred from PE lessons, and some live in the gym, and we all have different reasons to use a Coach. Your workouts will be personalised to your body, medical history, and goals and will include unlimited modifications, so you needn’t worry if you’re travelling, changing gyms or need a week to train at home.
Personalised Nutrition Help:
Meal plans are a lazy way to offer diet advice, but we’re also not going to overcomplicate it. Instead, I will equip you with the tools needed to continue the lifestyle we create for you beyond 1-1 help. You will learn to look at your diet as an accumulation of empowered decisions which has built freedom around food as we focus on one habit at a time until the action becomes as subconscious as brushing our teeth. Once we begin to understand our behaviours surrounding food, we will start to look at our diet with a new mindset.
Menstrual Health:
I am not a medical Doctor, and a person will always be referred for medical advice.
We know muscle is harder to obtain as we age and understand a decline in Estrogen results in chronic issues such as osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease. As a Coach who has worked with Dr Stacy Sims through her Women Are Not Small Men's Course, we will look at lifestyle methods to help mitigate negative symptoms surrounding women's health. There isn't enough detailed research to show a specific diet or supplement should be used for those menstruating, peri-menopausal, menopausal or who have ovarian disorders like PMDD, PCOS and Endo. Instead, we will track our menstrual cycle or symptoms and alter our lifestyle to prevent chronic issues and accommodate hormone fluctuations.
